Assistance with activities of daily living, such as showering and dressing.

Arranging transportation to and from all scheduled medical appointments-accompanied by staff if needed.

In-house physicals by primary care physician and 24 hour follow up care.

All diagnostice testin garranged by CMRH staff.

CMRH staff interface with all medicical providers to develop a treatment plan.

Social workers meet with families and residents as needed to insure overall quality of care.

Nursing Services

Provided under the supervision of a full time licensed nurse. A licensed nurse is on call 24 hours a day. Crescent Manor Residents may chose the services of our Primary Care Physician who not only visits regulary but is also on call 24 hours a day for our residents needs.
